ID-Design

Here is ID-Design in plain terms. WhatSize provides an application that allows you to quickly view and manage disk space usage and speed up Mac. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ID-Design is based in Wilmington, North Carolina and around since 2004. Their site is id-design.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
