Soft Tech Consulting

Soft Tech Consulting is an information technology company providing healthcare IT and software development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Health Care, Legal and Robotics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Soft Tech Consulting is based in Chantilly, Virginia. You can read more at softtechconsulting.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
