Intellect Business Solutions

Intellect Business Solutions is a provider of IT consulting and software development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Intellect Business Solutions is based in Irving, Texas and founded in 2003. Their site is intellectbusiness.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Intellect Business Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
