Phycom

PhyCom is a software company that provides data management, mobile development, and CRM services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: CRM, Data Management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Mobile Apps and Software Engineering. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Phycom is based in Morton Grove, Illinois. You can read more at phycominc.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Phycom, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
