FlecTech Solutions

FlecTech Solutions is an IT consulting and outsourcing firm that offers services in IT support, graphic, and web design software. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Outsourcing, Web Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

FlecTech Solutions is based in Miami, Florida. You can read more at flectech.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with FlecTech Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
