WP Fix It

WP Fix It offers WordPress malware removal, website migration, hosting, and speed optimization services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Customer Service and Technical Support. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

WP Fix It is based in Irvine, California. More on wpfixit.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with WP Fix It, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
