VPSLink

VPSLink provides unmanaged Virtual Private Server hosting and related services to individuals, as well as small and medium-sized businesses. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Blogging Platforms and Web Hosting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

VPSLink is based in Burlington, Massachusetts. More on vpslink.com.
