Social Mind Corporation

Social Mind Corporation is an IT company that offers a data center, mail transfer, and cloud services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing and Data Center. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Social Mind Corporation is based in Newport Beach, California. You can read more at socialmindcorp.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Social Mind Corporation, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
