PDF Buddy

Online PDF editor and form filler - The easiest way to edit and sign PDF files. That is the short version of PDF Buddy. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Content and File Sharing. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PDF Buddy is based in Brooklyn, New York. You can read more at pdfbuddy.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
