Credativ

credativ is a manufacturer-independent consulting company that provides open source software services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Manufacturing and Robotics. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Credativ is based in Boston, Massachusetts and around since 1999. Their site is credativ.de.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
