SI Systems

SI Systems designs and develops WES software and order fulfillment technologies for the manufacturing and logistic industries. In practice that means connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and operators. Alongside the main category they mention Industrial Automation, Manufacturing and Warehousing. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SI Systems is based in Easton, Pennsylvania. Their site is sihs.com.

Things worth asking about: hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with SI Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
