DULCIAN

DULCIAN is a company which specializes in business rules-based systems development for the Oracle environment. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DULCIAN is based in Woodbridge, New Jersey. More on dulcian.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with DULCIAN, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
