Truman Technologies

Truman Technologies provides digital asset management, architecture, software, hardware infrastructures, cloud, and web archiving services. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Related areas on their profile: Architecture, Cloud Management, Hardware and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Truman Technologies is based in Oakland, California. Their site is trumantechnologies.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
