Overview
COACHD provides membership to 24-7 one-on-one personal health and fitness coaching via smartphone, tablet, or desktop. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.
Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: E-Commerce Platforms, Fitness, Mobile Apps, Nutrition and Personal Health. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
COACHD.fit is based in Santa Clara, California and founded in 2016. Their site is coachd.fit.
Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
