TouchDevelop

TouchDevelop is software that enables its users to create applications on any device, including mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TouchDevelop is based in Seattle, Washington and founded in 2011. More on touchdevelop.com.
