TODO Group

TODO Group is an online platform providing open-source programs that enable users to use, contribute, and maintain thousands of projects. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

The natural audience is teams in its space. They also list Communities and Non Profit, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TODO Group is based in San Francisco, California. You can read more at todogroup.org.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know TODO Group well, your review carries weight here.
