Cotton Crews

Cotton Crews specializes in crew housing, luxury staffing and crew finder application development for the yachting industry. Put simply, it is about posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Leisure, Marine Transportation, Staffing Agency and Tourism, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Cotton Crews is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. You can read more at cottoncrews.com.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
