webgaint

webgaint is a it services and consulting company. Innovative Intelligent Solutions is a computer software company that offers infrastructure support and database services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Robotics. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

webgaint is based in Fremont, California. You can read more at iis-it.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know webgaint well, your review carries weight here.
