Winspeed provides communications infrastructure, IT environment, and software solutions. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. They also list IT Infrastructure and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
