Exent

Exent is a digital entertainment media company that stays abreast of the latest technological trends in offering mobile and PC games. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Casual Games, Consumer Applications, Digital Entertainment, Mobile and PC Games, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Exent is based in San Francisco, California and founded in 1992. Their site is exent.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
