MiTek

MiTek is a supplier of state-of-the-art engineered products and services for the building components industry. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Civil Engineering and Construction. As a very large company team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

MiTek is based in Chesterfield, Missouri and around since 1955. Their site is mitek-us.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with MiTek, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
