Distro

Distro is a marketplace for software developers and technologies companies to find, hire, and pay developers all around the world. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Marketplace and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Distro is based in Lehi, Utah. You can read more at distro.io.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Distro well, your review carries weight here.
