GenFusion

GenFusion, LLC. is a full service development company. We integrate the technology savvy of an IT consulting firm with the business. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

GenFusion is based in Saint Joseph, Michigan and around since 2006. You can read more at genfusion.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used GenFusion? Rate it.
