Vigintis

Vigintis is a IT firm that focuses on software development, database management, penetration testing, security and IT infrastructure. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Database, IT Infrastructure and Management Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Vigintis is based in Fairfax, Virginia. Their site is vigintis.us.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Vigintis well, your review carries weight here.
