Base is a sales engagement product. Our mission is to deliver a Customer-led Growth solution that is as much a strategy as it is a technological platform. In practice that means sequencing calls, emails and tasks so reps work a list instead of guessing.

The natural audience is outbound sales teams. Alongside the main category they mention Communities, Marketing, Marketing Automation and Sales Automation. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
