ManyWho

ManyWho is a cloud platform enterprise that transforms business processes into engaging and responsive social software applications. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, Information Services and Mobile. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ManyWho is based in San Francisco, California and founded in 2013. More on manywho.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
