Excellentia Software

Excellentia Software is the developer of a software package for E-Learning called Quiz Extreme. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Excellentia Software is based in Belen, New Mexico. More on excellentiasoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Excellentia Software well, your review carries weight here.
