Schedulicity

Schedulicity is an online appointment scheduling platform for discovering and booking local services in America and Canada. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Business Travel, Online Portals and Scheduling, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Schedulicity is based in Bozeman, Montana and founded in 2009. You can read more at schedulicity.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Schedulicity, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
