Erecruit

Here is Erecruit in plain terms. A cloud-based solution that automates and streamlines the onboarding process for the staffing industry and employers. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Erecruit is based in Boston, Massachusetts. You can read more at erecruit.com.

Our checklist for this category: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
