Tap Systems

Tap Systems is a developer of a wearable Tap Strap & TapXR wearable controllers. In practice that means connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and operators. Alongside the main category they mention Augmented Reality, Consumer Electronics, Virtual Reality and Wearables. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tap Systems is based in Pasadena, California. You can read more at tapwithus.com.

Things worth asking about: hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
