Agency84

Here is Agency84 in plain terms. Slot Serveis de Ofimatica provides computers, laptops repair service, and computer technical services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Customer Service, Hardware and Location Based Services. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Agency84 is based in Barcelona, Catalonia and founded in 1979. Their site is heylink.me.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
