Finite Loop

Finite Loop specializes in custom application development for any web, mobile or embedded system. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Finite Loop is based in Cleveland, Ohio. Their site is finiteloopsoftware.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Finite Loop, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
