Gruskin Group

Trucking Group is a firm offering integrated designing solutions in Springfield Township, New Jersey. That is the short version of Gruskin Group. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Gruskin Group is based in Springfield, Oregon and around since 1984. More on gruskingroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
