guruworks

Guruworks is a recruiting firm that specializes in executive, technical, engineering, and operational positions across all industries. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Employment, Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

guruworks is based in Washington, District of Columbia and founded in 1996. You can read more at guruworks.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know guruworks well, your review carries weight here.
