Shuban Systems

Shuban Systems is a business consultant and a global provider of solutions, services and software. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and IT Infrastructure. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Shuban Systems is based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. You can read more at shubansystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Shuban Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
