Meridian At Courthouse Commons

Meridian At Courthouse Commons provides web-based property management software tools for the multifamily housing industry. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. Related areas on their profile: Property Management and Residential. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Meridian At Courthouse Commons is based in Arlington, Virginia. Their site is meridiancourthouse.com.

Things worth asking about: online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Meridian At Courthouse Commons, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
