TwinPeaks Online

Since 1991, TwinPeaks Online has been providing software solutions to technological problems faced by small & medium-sized businesses. That is the short version of TwinPeaks Online. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TwinPeaks Online is based in Pasadena, California. More on twinpeaks.net.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
