Front Rush

Front Rush provides web-based applications for college coaches to manage and communicate with recruits, rosters, alumni and campers. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Alumni, Recruiting and Sports, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Front Rush is based in Lambertville, New Jersey. Their site is frontrush.com.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
