Tenpoint7

TenPoint7 Cloud offers no-code machine learning platform for text analytics. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tenpoint7 is based in Seattle, Washington. Their site is tenpoint7.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Tenpoint7 well, your review carries weight here.
