Elecom Systems

Elecom Systems is a provider of IT products and custom computer systems. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Elecom Systems is based in Norcross, Georgia and around since 1991. Their site is elecomsystems.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Elecom Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
