Hotels By Day

Create protocols to enable hotels to smoothly transition towards our ‘on-demand everything' society. That is the short version of Hotels By Day. The job it does: solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. They also list Hospitality, Hotel, Travel and Vacation Rental, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Hotels By Day is based in New York, New York and around since 2014. Their site is hotelsbyday.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
