Mind Lease

Mind Lease is a software company that offers information technology, outsourcing, and staffing services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, Outsourcing and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mind Lease is based in Wixom, Michigan. You can read more at mindlease.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
