Shoma

Shoma Inc offers consulting services, computer system design, offshore development, and has a subsidiary for last-mile delivery. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Machine Learning, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Shoma is based in Duluth, Georgia. You can read more at shomainc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Shoma, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
