ChooseMe

ChooseMe is an app that connects users with others who share similar interests for online friendships and chats. In practice that means answering common questions automatically and routing the rest to people.

It makes the most sense for support teams with high volume. They also list Chatbot and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ChooseMe is based in Miami, Florida. You can read more at chooseme.com.
