Tactical FLEX

Tactical FLEX, Inc., a privately owned software development firm. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tactical FLEX is based in Chicago, Illinois and founded in 2003. More on tacticalflex.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Tactical FLEX, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
