Poppendieck

Here is Poppendieck in plain terms. The synergy between the parts of a system is the key to the overall success of the system. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Poppendieck is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. More on poppendieck.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
