MicroWorks

MicroWorks is an IT outsourcing company that provides voice, data cabling, and telephone systems. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Data Center and Outsourcing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

MicroWorks is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. You can read more at mworks.net.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know MicroWorks well, your review carries weight here.
