SovLabs

SovLabs, part of CloudBolt Software, provides one common framework for extending VMware vRealize Automation (vRA). The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SovLabs is based in Norcross, Georgia. More on sovlabs.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with SovLabs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
