Arnouse Digital Devices

Here is Arnouse Digital Devices in plain terms. ADDC is a rugged, small form-factor, pluggable computer hardware manufacturer for military and enterprise applications. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. They also list Embedded Systems, Hardware, IT Infrastructure and Manufacturing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Arnouse Digital Devices is based in New Hyde Park, New York and founded in 2002. Their site is addc.net.
