Synergy Interactive Solutions

Synergy Interactive is a Digital Recruiting Agency located in Union Square, NYC and Orlando, FL. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Creative Agency, Employment, Marketing and Professional Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Synergy Interactive Solutions is based in New York, New York and founded in 2008. Their site is sinyc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
